Value

V

Pricing your services is hard.

I often get slightly anxious before I click send on an invoice to a client. Are we providing value? Will they object? All the usual self doubt even though we’ve been operating for more than 15 years now.

Everyone is doing it tough, the cost of living, the struggle mindset, etc.

And then I‘m reminded that people are buying $800 toothbrushes, and it brings back a little perspective. It’s not the cost, it’s the perceived value. It’s not the functionality, it’s the positioning.
