		<description>Craig,

Very kind words Craig - thank you.

You have really taken Elcom and the Development team to a new level. The quality and productivity improvements that have resulted have had a hugely postive impact on the business. This is a testament to your management style. Your ability to balance the interests of the business and your people in a thoughtful and nurturing way brings out the best in everyone. I have personally learnt much from observing your approach.

I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours. Microsoft would be extremely lucky to have someone of your character and intelligence. I look forward to catching up at SBTUG&#039;s and of course in the blog and twittersphere.

Anthony

		<description>Hi Craig,
I really enjoyed your post. You&#039;re always so transparent (some might argue too transparent) and I think that&#039;s a very admirable quality to have. As I read your post, I&#039;m thinking to myself (Craig wants to work for Microsoft, and this is his way of approaching it discreetly), then you went out and said so directly - see, always transparent.

I really enjoyed working with you and I wish you every success in the next step, which as you have outlined, is likely to be a big one.

Cheers
Tony Hollingsworth
